Our Code of Conduct sets the standard of behaviour we expect from our directors, team members, contractors and anyone working on our behalf, supported by a suite of policies. We empower our people to speak up about any conduct that is not aligned with our policies or the law.

Risk-based decision making is embedded in our culture and integrated across our business. Through the Audit and Risk Committee, our board oversees company-wide risk management, including periodic review of the effectiveness of our risk framework.

Our Human Rights Policy promotes respect for the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. In FY22 we completed our first Human Rights Impact Assessment for Yangibana and developed a Human Rights Framework that guides how we address human rights risks.

Our Contracts and Procurement Procedure sets a clear framework for tendering and vendor selection. Our Supplier Code of Conduct, released in FY23, sets expectations for supplier conduct, and we support the Australian Industry Participation Policy.
