In accordance with listing rule 17.1 the Company advises that: 1. The trading halt is necessary as the Company expects to make an announcement to the market in relation to the acquisition, once all documentation has been agreed and executed. 2. The Company wishes the trading halt to last until as such time it makes an announcement to the market concerning the proposed acquisition or Wednesday 1 April 2026, whichever is the earlier. 3. The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted, nor is it aware of any other information available at this stage that is necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
