Announcement PDF 28 July 2025 Company Announcements ASX Limited Cleansing Notice – Section 708A (5)(e) of the Corporations Act 2001 Hastings Technology Metals Ltd gives this notice pursuant to Section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act in relation to the issue of 13,824,000 shares (ASX: HAS) as set out in the Appendix 2A dated 28 July 2025 for 5,780,000 shares and Appendix 2A dated 14 July 2025 for 8,044,000 shares. The Company issued 13,824,000 shares (ASX: HAS) at $0.025 to professional and sophisticated investors in a share placement, without disclosure, under Part 6D.2 of the Corporations Act. The Company, as at the date of this notice, has complied with: (a) the provisions of Chapter 2M of the Corporations Act as they apply to the Company; and (b) section 674 and section 674A of the Corporations Act 2021 (Cth). As at the date of this notice, there is no information to be disclosed that is “excluded information” within the meaning of section 708A(7) and 708A (8) of the Corporations Act.
