Announcement PDF 20 October 2023 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING CHANGE OF DATE AND NOTICE AND PROXY FORM Dear Shareholder, The Annual General Meeting (Meeting) of shareholders of Hastings Technology Metals Limited (ACN 122 911 399) (Company) will be held on 21 November 2023 at 11.am (WST) at Level 3 5 Mill Street Perth WA 6000 and online via registration at https://hastingstechmetals.com/agm/. This replaces the previously advised date of 28 November 2023. In accordance with the Treasury Laws Amendment (2021 Measures No. 1) Act 2021, the Company will not be sending hard copies of the Notice of Meeting (Notice) to shareholders unless a shareholder has requested a hard copy. The Notice can be viewed and downloaded from the Company’s website at: www.hastingstechnologymetals.com The Company strongly encourages shareholders to lodge a directed proxy form prior to the meeting. Shareholders can lodge their vote by going to https://investor.automic.com.au/#loginsah. Shareholders are encouraged to provide an email address in order to receive electronic communications from the Company. Your proxy form must be received by 2.00pm (WST) on 19 November 2023, being not less than 48 hours before the commencement of the Meeting. Any proxy forms received after that time will not be valid for the Meeting. Shareholders may submit questions in advance of the Meeting by email to the Company Secretary at guy.robertson@hastingstechnologymetals.com by 9.00am (WST) on 20 November 2023.
